Very good everything

Cosy and clean room with a nice little balcony looking out to Mont Blanc. Plenty of parking and a ski store with locking chains (the racks aren't deep enough for boards, so take a lock (I just kept mine in my room)). Continental breakfast was a great start to the day before heading for the slopes. There's also a nice little bar for quiet apres beers before heading into town. Staff we're lovely and very pleasant to deal with. Nice tracks around the lakes and surrounding area for walking and jogging, and just sittingba while; very peaceful.

Very quaint and homey, perfect for two travelers looking for a cheap stay near the Chamonix area. Fabienne and the rest of the staff were kind and accommodating, evidenced by them working with us when we encountered bus and flight delays. Rooms were cleaned daily. Additionally, you have the option to pay the first day you arrive or the last (if you plan on taking advantage of the hotel breakfast, it’s easier to pay upon checking out). Would stay again if we decide to journey out to Chamonix. Great overall experience!

Hotel de Lacs is a small but very charming Hotel, very welcoming and in an excellent location. it is really easy to get to Chamonix from there, either by walking or by travelling by train or bus. The staff were really helpful with anything that we needed. We are very happy to recommend it, especially to families with small children, as there are several amenities nearby
