My room was right in the beach with a pool and hot tub on my balcony. It was a great room for the price.

Beautiful location, private but close enough to enjoy downtown Tulum. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay at O’Tulum! Waking up everyday to sunshine, lovely ocean breezes, a dip in my own personal pool - priceless! The staff is super welcoming and friendly!!! We’ll definitely be back 😍

Unfortunately I cannot say the value of this place is accurate. The view is fantastic and restaurant staff were great, however I did not feel super safe/comfortable.
My parter getting shocked when he turned the light on, to having to strain and twist to get out of the room to the back because of the room planning, the slippery floors in the bathroom and the raised deck boards causing many people to trip.
The shower wasn’t clean and the design with wooden floor was smelly.
This place could be great with a lot of maintenance and rethinking some original design choices to make clean and more accessible.
