Excellent hotel in city center. Wonderful staff. Surrounding area is a noisy mess of traffic, but that’s how it is in Medan.

A hotel with strategic location and nice and friendly staff. the trouble is it is quiate old and have not been renovated, which means traffic sounds keep comming in throug the rudimentary window .

Staff was helpful & very courteous. Rooms needed some updating, all the wooden surfaces were worn & chipping, metal surfaces were rusty. There was a clump of hair left behind on the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable, morning breakfast was very good.
