Good location, but room was different and smaller than announced. Talking with staff didn't got me anywhere. We did like the onsen, was great experience.

Great stay in Kyoto, conveniently located within walking distance of Kyoto station. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and conveniently located infront of a main bus stop in Kyoto. Laundry facilities available on site. Great place to stay at for a solo traveler.

Very nice hotel away from the hustle of Kyoto but close enough to the train station,it’s only a 15 minute walk to Kyoto station. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly! I would recommend staying at Green Rich Hotel. They also have an Onsen in the hotel, a big plus!!
