Excellent breakfast

AC is controlled by reception which is a bit inconvenient, there are no hair conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom, water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, some of the breakfast food is not freshly prepared. External cladding needs cleaning.

I had a fantastic stay at the Malak Regency Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The overall hotel experience was excellent — everything felt comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming.
The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was amazing — truly helpful, courteous, and polite, and made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness.
One of the standout features was the breakfast. The variety was impressive, with so many options that it was impossible to try everything. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there’s something there for you.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Otherwise great stay, but don't you dare to try to go to breakfast even 1 minute early!
