The rooms were great. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the night staff was not very attentive during my stay. The doors to the hotel lock around 10-11pm and if I arrived after that time I would have to ring the bell many times and wait 5-10 min for staff to open the door. Other than that, staff were very kind and they will keep your bags for you while you go to MachuPicchu!

This property never disappoints. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are always clean. They go above and beyond to make your stay amazing at a very reasonable price. I have stayed here 4 times and I have always had a good experience.
