We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were top notch! So courteous and helpful. The food was amazing. The best part was having a spacious room with a private hot tub. The view from my room was fantastic. We felt so relaxed and cared for.

If I could put a 6 star rating in my overall experience I would. The hotel is amazing. Staff really takes the crown when it comes to service and kindness. Amenities were great, we loved the public onsen experience and some relaxing time at spa. A must if you come to Sapporo.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my young children (e.g. diaper genie in the bathroom, high chairs/boosters in the dining room). The room itself was well kept with a great view, and it was nice to have the hot spring bath in the room.
The free shuttle to/from Sapporo Station was also very convenient.
