Acceptable accommodation. Not high end. Nor low end. Clean. Beds comfortable

Clean, friendly staff. Everything was in working order.
The breakfast... I skip, but not having a functioning coffeemaker stunk. The coffee in the reception area was same maker but worked - it's weak. So, plan on somewhere else for that.
The fitness area is a half room with machines. I decided I'd get exercise somehow elsewhere.
One of the elevators (of two) seemed to be out of order. It had a sign limiting ridership to 3 persons, but for all the times I was up/down, it was never available.
