The Lux Verde was exceptional. The location allows easy access to all of Cottonwood and a pleasant view of the area. We stayed 5 nights for a softball tournament and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The AC in the rooms works great and is not too loud. Breakfast was busy, but very nice. But please add bacon! While some of the guests were ill-informed and “Karenish” towards our service dog, the staff themselves were accommodating and well-informed on the law. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Cottonwood.

Excellent customer service. Marie was superb. She was helpful in completing my room. Marie suggested places to go in the area and even took the time to map out certain destinations for me! If she is not the owner she should be! If you need anything Marie is there to assist.
