Nice charming hotel a few minutes walk from the main part of town (which is only a few blocks long). Only negative was the breakfast - very disappointing.

Able to collect the key for the room before attending a wedding. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Lovely, homely hotel just outside the town centre. Easy parking, lovely room and comfortable king bed. We booked the room with breakfast which was good value. Our room was on the second floor, which I didn’t see in the room description. The stairs are quite narrow on the tread, and steep, so if this is an issue check room location before confirming. Otherwise, an excellent place for a New Forest stay.
