Wonderful location

The property is a gem and the staff is delightful. Location is also terrific. Loved everything except for the broken air conditioner during the hottest days in Paris. My challenge is that my room was pretty warm with the a/c on. I renewed my stay for a second night and shared how hot the room was. Upon returning that evening they confirmed the air was not working and we could move to another room. We moved our own bags and after getting settled, I mentioned that room was also not getting to the desired temperature. At that point I learned the a/c had been broken for 2 weeks. The second night was very expensive, twice as much as the first night. I would had hoped they would not charge up for a non working a/c during the hottest days in Paris or at least be transparent before checking in.

I recently stayed for 5 days. The highlight was the small, but mighty pool, which made the experience truly enjoyable, especially since Paris was experiencing a heat wave. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay again. I recently had a five-day stay at this hotel. The highlight of my stay was the small but impressive pool. All FOH team were incredible! Friendly, welcoming, supportive and made us feel at home. Facilities are good and never busy/crowded. Great location and not far from main train station
