Nice and clean apartment with excellent airco. Service was great although asking for 10 euros to store a bag until check-in time was a surprise. They were very understanding though and waived the cost since there wasn't any communication about that prior to check-in. My bag was delivered to the apartment and a message with clear instructions was sent once everything was ready. The location is fine with a bus stop with busses to the center in front of the door. This was particularly handy after a day of exploring the city and not having to walk up the hill to the apartment. Metro (Campo 24 de Agosto as well as Campanha) nearby is very convenient. One point of attention is the shower doors which were a bit broken making them difficult to close. Also the sound insulation for the hallway isn't that great (the sound insulation for the street side is).

The check in process was flawless. The team member was friendly, caring and Gabe us great tips.

Room was spacious and clean! Showers were amazing. There is a shared laundry machine

Great setup, had everything I needed. Laundry, clean room, great support from the staff, beautiful area with huge church nearby
