I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room - I travel with insulin which should be refrigerated but had to be left out for 6 days.
Bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful, shower was great! Breakfast was good - would have liked some warm foods like oatmeal but was good.
The location was perfect! In the center of everything and in walking distance to most places!
Thank you Ruby Claire and staff, it was a great stay ! Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay there. Alan was very helpful. I will definitely go back to stay at the hotel.

I loved this place! So cute and loved the little Galley on each floor to get hot tea anytime I wanted. Also loved the little shower box in the room. Great location. It was a convenient walk to old town and the lake. Only thing is the breakfast buffet is expensive, but you don't have to eat there. Plenty of nearby places to eat instead.
