Everything was super good! All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Upon arrival they were very welcoming and immediately told us a room with a far better view has been freed and they upgraded us on the house.
Room was really clean, bed was amazing (the mattress was literally better than the one we own), TV had all services you could ever imagine and with a tiny extra cost there's good breakfast available.
Location is amazing, many beaches, local shops and bakeries (especially Marigonis) are a 3' minute walk away, and there's so many busses and trans passing right outside the hotel you can basically go anywhere.

A great place to stay. Excellent and very helpful staff. My room didn't include the amenities, I just booked a single room. Essentially a b&b but I only sleep there so can't comment on much more than that. But the room was small but cosy really clean, cleaned daily and the the staff were amazing.
