It’s a good price for what you get. It’s close to the entrance of Petra. It’s up one of the hills, so the walk home after a whole day in Petra might be challenging after a long day. The rooftop is very nice.

great hotel for 1 night but maybe not more. Friendly staff, good dinner and breakfast and amazing roof terrace with bar. Toilette did not work all the time.
