Proactive contact beforehand as I was checking in late and my ferry was then delayed. The staff ensured I could still access the room despite arriving after the check in time.

Absolutely lovely and extremely helpful staff. Great location. We stayed only during the day until the afternoon because of sudden change of plans but in the hours we spent we could see everything was perfect. Very spacious, light and comfortable.
