Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem
I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation
I will stay here again

Excellent location with incredible views of the water and islands! Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful as well.

Our customer service experience was stellar here! There seemed to be a miscommunication when checking in where we were given one room with a triple bed, instead of the two doubles I paid for. The front desk ended up upgrading to a even larger suite free of charge, that had a little bit more separation.
Even helped us get an impromptu shuttle the following day to the airport after a flight change. So grateful for this team and their help!
