The hotel is designed with practical features and functionality. The rooms are on the smaller side, but for a visitor looking to spend their time exploring the city, it is well worth the trade off to save a bit of money on the nightly rate. The staff are all so super attentive and eager to help with anything that is needed. The outdoor patios and rooftop terraces are perfect to catch a drink or enjoy the views of the city. The breakfast and drinks are all top notch, and coffees are made to order. The lobby has a ton of usable space for working if needed. We especially loved the self serve carafes for water—so simple and practical. The iron heaven room was also a fantastic addition and extremely useful for travelers.
Our family loved the hotel and will be staying at a Citizen M property again in the future.
