The property owners/staff were very welcoming and pleasant to converse with, but at check-in and the next morning at breakfast.

The hotel and parking are very easy to find, the host is wonderful, mapped out exactly how to use the Metro (located a 2 min walk from hotel) to get to downtown Vienna, The Metro is so easy to use. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and breakfast has a great selection. Would very highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna
