Clean room with friendly staff. We really appreciated the filtered water and ice on each floor so we could refill our own water bottles. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, salads and made-to-order hot dishes with meats and eggs. Muy bueno!! In a great part of the city with lots to do and see (parks, street fairs, etc.) Yes, it can get loud, especially as it did during the World Cup, but the room was remarkably quiet. Not bad at all!

All staff members were extraordinary! Incredibly helpful when working with my 86 year old mother as we were trying to arrive to the hotel (streets were blocked for a commemoration demonstration). The porter walked 5 blocks to us, then handled her and the luggage. Throughout our stay, everyone and everything was exactly as it should be. I have stayed previously, and had the same experience before. Whenever I am in Mexico City, this will always be my hotel of choice.
