The hotel location was excellent and in close proximity to coffee shops, eateries, konbinis (a Lawson a couple of minutes away), and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Recommend

We liked the spacious room which is unusual for hotels in Japan, The staff were very helpful during our 16 night stay in Osaka, especially when we don't speak Japanese. They even arranged for our luggage to be transferred to Tokyo.
As for location, the hotel is 2 little blocks from the main Dotonbori food/shopping area. That is, you are just a few minutes walk from all the action/noise. Such an enjoyable stay. Thank you Doutonbori Crystal Hotel and the staff.

Right near Dotonbori so little restaurants everywhere. Many coffee shops and convenience stores close also. Clean, nice rooms and very helpful staff. We went hiking for a few days in the middle of our stay and they let us store our luggage there, no charge. Awesome!
