The staff is very kind and friendly, however the hotel room’s facilities were kind of old and AC was noisy.

a very busy hotel, have used before and will use again, convenient for not just the railway, metro & bus station but also many tours run from outside the front door

The property is close to Taichung TRA station and shopping mall. The property has a dated look to it. The staff and the cleaning lady were helpful. Air conditioning worked well. I didn't care for the breakfast.
