The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Great location and nice view on the river.
A few cons:
Soap and shower gel was not refilled in 2 weeks stay. Aircond was almost not working.
Windows soundproof was quite weak, we could hear quite well people speaking on the balcony downstairs.

Lovely and fairly new hotel. 5 mins walk to the old town and the bath houses.
Plenty of places to eat nearby.
It was well worth paying a few extra quid for the river view room. You get Lovely view of the town and boats going on the river.
Breakfast was really good too.
It is fantastic value for money. Will happily stay there again!
