This hotel location is the BEST
BEST WESTERN!
I really enjoyed my three night stay. My room was clean and cool. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This hotel is inviting, welcoming and bright, even the hallway was cool not stuffy. I highly recommend if you’re traveling through Thornburg Virginia to plan your stay here!

Stayed here for 4th of July weekend, friendly staff, plenty of food options nearby, near highway, lots of pluses. Room was comfortable. Would stay again.

We had an exceptional experience with the staff during a very difficult situation. A severe storm caused the power to go out at the hotel where we were staying. My husband, Lenny, has Alzheimer’s disease and relies on a CPAP machine to sleep, so having electricity was essential for his health and well-being.
When I explained our situation to the front desk associate, he immediately showed genuine compassion and understanding. Even though they weren’t relocating other guests, he went above and beyond to find us a room at another hotel that had electricity. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier for us.
As a caregiver, I will never forget the empathy and care he showed our family. Employees like him make all the difference. Thank you for treating us with such dignity and compassion. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this hotel because of the outstanding customer service we received.
