Nice location. Small room by international standards, close to everything in las colinas area. You paid for location. A good stay.

This is always our getaway inside Managua! It is very peaceful, rooms are comfortable and clean. The green areas are well kept and relaxing. There are hammocks all around for you to lay down and rest. Breakfast is delicious! I love that the checkout is at noon!!

Pros: The staff are very friendly, rooms were very clean and the hotel has been very well maintained and feels modern. The outdoor seating area near the pool is really nice and quiet. There are a few menu choices to choose from in the included breakfast. Parking was very easy and onsite.
Con’s: Very minor issues that would not prevent us from staying there again: The a/c in our room (216) was really loud and not just loud but it sounded like there was a flapping noise coming from it and the air wasn’t blowing out evenly. I also wish they would have said that they do not have hot water in the showers, and if they do, ours didn’t work.
Besides that it was a great stay and a great hotel. Probably one of our favorites that we have stayed at so far in Managua.
