This is not the hotel for you if you're looking for fancy amenities and shiny stuff.
It is the place for you if you don't care about those things, and you care about location and budget. Very well located venue within walkable distance to waterfront, downtown, and stanley park. Also a few mobi (bike sharing service) stations nearby which I recommend on taking for a perfect Vancouver visit.
Could it be cleaner? yes, Could it be a better looking place? of course. But if you're looking for a place to sleep at an incredible location, this is the place for you.

An older but clean property in a great location with extremely friendly staff and a great room with space for family. We would choose this again!

Good location and cheaper for the area. Felt safe, except balcony is very unsafe. There’s no screen on balcony door and it needed to be open since there’s no air conditioning. Needs a lot of updating. Second place to sleep is a pull out couch that is very old.
