"Bed & Breakfast" is a bit misleading. To my knowledge, no one was on site. Took 10 minutes for someone to arrive & let us in. Strange rules like no bare feet in the room. Really bad smell in the bathroom but contained by closing the door. Room was nice and the manager was friendly enough once he got there.

The place is very nice, a bit noisy with open window and air conditioning is not the best. But overall good.

Really great place to base yourselves to visit Lake Como. Low cost but high quality. Car is preferred but there is a train station right outside the apartment
