We loved our stay at Rose and Crown! The staff were so friendly. Our room had so much character, and was bigger than we would have expected. It was quite comfortable and surprisingly quiet (we were there midweek on a slightly rainy day). We also ate at the pub and really enjoyed our meal. We would stay again!

Perfect tiny room for 1 in a historic house ...twin bed was comfortable...heater/AC worked ... there's a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle for tea. Shower was compact but looked newly renovated. I loved my stay...warning: some may be bothered by the music vibration from the pub. I was not but you could here pub noise.
Walkable from train station.
