Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were very kind and helpful. Be aware of the road if you’re traveling from Lugano - the hotel is located up on the mountain and roads were pretty tight and steep curved turns for about 20-25 minutes.

A charming place, wonderful staff, nice black out blinds, good water pressure in the shower, free parking, a nice breakfast, and could walk to the town center easily. The walls are thin though, but I would stay again.

Stayed 1 night with my husband and our dog. The place was very nice and the staff was friendly. Would highly recommend!
