Perfectly good hotel. Not fancy but clean, inexpensive and close walk to Pattaya main city and beach (not that I would recommend either!). Nice Mexican restaurant just outside.

Great staff, good room, included a beer fridge that I didn't use. Bottled drinking water daily.

Great stay again and the front end staff really try to make each stay as best as they can. It’s a good spot with good transportation options available.
