When checking in, I get the hotel manger's phone number right away. I can text/call her anytime whenever I have questions. She speaks English fluently so I don't need to worry about the language barrier in Morocco, which troubles me often while I'm traveling there.

The Riad staff was extremely helpful especially Fatima, Sana and Husson. I could not have made my connections without the three of them. Thank You Again.

Frdws and others were very helpful and friendly. She helped us organize a private car. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The staff spoke several languages including French, Spanish and English.
