Clean, comfortable rooms with parking just opposite the sea front, close to shops and restaurants. Very convenient for the Great ocean drive

The rooms aren't soundproof. You can hear the people next door talking. Also, some of the other rooms were being painted, so I could hear lots of ladders & other equipment being banged around and painters stomping up & downstairs at 8am. The noise made it difficult to sleep.
