Great place to stay. I'd recommend.

My only complaints
1. The receptionist ay check-in placed me in an extremely noisy room where the water ran through the pipes incredibly loudly and kept me awake!
2. My first night sleep was very disturbed. The night receptionist offered me a change of room straight away, and was very helpful
3. The same person at check-in deliberately kept me waiting when I was leaving or entering the Hotel via the carpark; even when I asked him to let me out.
I think it is so sad that having met the lovely manager, it's sad to know that staff can give the hotel a bad name.
