All good

The staff and hotel were wonderful. Close to shopping, dining and Hirome market, all about 1 minute away. Station is a brisk 15 min walk but tram stops almost in front of hotel. Would stay again

Hotel is well within the "business hotel" range.
Location is incredibly convenient! Close to both station, tourist attractions and multiple eating options.
Staff was friendly and helpful with regards to parking, although pricing explanation could have been clearer.

The onsen is small but very good. Staff is wonderful. We loved our stay.
