First night of our holiday was saved by the staff here. We had to re route due to the fires in Bordeaux and after a long 9 hour drive I found I had booked the hotel for the wrong night. The girls in reception came good and sorted us some rooms when things were looking bleak.
Rot top, food and wine also great.
