The staff was great, cleaning people very nice and friendly.
Breakfast very nice!
The people working at the breakfast room were extremely nice and friendly!!
The AC didn’t work the first day but they gave us another room right away, they were very nice and polite.
The hotel I’m very sorry to say but it’s not a 4 star. Carpets were stained, the bathroom sink was cracked and glued back very sloppy. The curtain at the window was dirty and had a tear .
No safe box in the room.
Parking was excellent !!!!.
Very good location close to train station and center of town.
To be fair, I want to say that when we returned some days later ( because I booked it 2 times, we were traveling around on a big loop trough the north )
The 2 nd stay the room itself was much better condition .
Great people, good breakfast, excellent parking. Good location close to the lakes, Milan !!!

Their basement parking space is safe and very convenient. Staff are friendly, polite and informative. Breakfast is much better than similar hotels in the same country.
