Clean room. Gym and pool. Nice

The place was clean and everything was fine, but when we looked for clean towels on the second day, no one wanted to give us any, not even to exchange the old ones.

I stayed at this location for almost 3 weeks, due to an issue with my permanent home. I found the location very amenable to shopping (household items, groceries, take out),transportation and walkability. The staff was helpful, professional and personable, most notably ODallas(?) and Keanu. As a wheelchair user, any assistance I asked for (or didn't ask for - opening doors, buzzing me in) was accommodated. The main amenity I utilized was the guest laundry room. I appreciated the presence of front facing washers and dryers, and they were app operated, which saved me from having to have cards or exact change. The public areas were consistently clean and well kept. I felt safe and taken care of; I also met and befriended a few fellow guests, including their pets. I will definitely stay here again!
