We had a great room - spacious with several sets of doors leading to small balconies. The views of the city were wonderful as was the location. Missing a few of the small perks that we were used to getting in Lisbon - robes, slippers - and the shower was small but the bathroom was large. Staff was nice. Would definitely recommend based on location and suggest getting one of the premium rooms.

The location of this hotel is a very strong point - it is in the middle of central Lisbon, near many attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately, many of the restaurants are tourist traps as are the TikTak tourist rides manned by untrained "guides."
The staff goes out of their way to satisfy your needs including providing breakfast on the main floor as a means to help us seniors.
