The hotel and amenities are excellent, but it is the staff that makes the hotel. Every single person I encountered was absolutely charming and went out of their way to be as friendly and helpful as possible. This made for a delightful stay - one I wish had been longer!

I reserved & prepaid for a seaside Executive Suite but was allotted a roadside basic room with no compensation for the disparity in price. Staff was cold and unsympathetic to my request for an explanation. I feel cheated.
