Located in the city center, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all in Rome. Colosseum is an easy 9-minute walk away and Roman Forum is also a quick 10-minute walk away. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Rome by hopping on a metro at either Labicana Tram Stop, a short 4-minute walk away, or Colosseo-Salvi N. Tram Stop, 7 minutes away.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as an electric kettle, a microwave, and cookware. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the digital TV (streaming services available). Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. And because there's a washer/dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

The apartment was just as described. Very quaint and had special touches added. Slippers and clean towels on all the beds, different coffees, teas, and drinks in the refrigerator. They also arranged to let us keep luggage at office and transported to the apartment since we arrived before the apartment was ready. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful apartment! Great communication by the owners. The only thing I would change is to have a sofa in the main living area instead of a large dining table.

Great communication with the Host, convenient area close to everything, plenty of cafes & restaurants in the neighborhood, steps away from the coliseum. Nicely equipped 3 bedroom good for 6 people, warm and cozy, safe area

We stayed here for two nights and loved this property. I don’t think we realized ahead of time that there were three separate sleeping areas - 2 bedrooms and the loft. It worked out perfectly for us. The location is probably an 8-10 minute walk to the colosseum, so super convenient. We loved having access to both a washer and dryer - a very rare find. It allowed us to pack less knowing we would be able to wash clothing half way through our vacation around Italy and Greece. The property was very quiet and clean. Loved having AC and access to an elevator.
