The place was clean enough (I'm very particular), a little outdated, but then again, location is great and the staff were very helpful! It was very close to restaurants and it is very close to the airport. It was nice that they offered a drop off to the airport for 20 euros. Which is at least 10 euros cheaper than a taxi. However, they only have one driver, so if the time slot you want is taken, you have to take another time slot. Also, this location does have lots of mosquitos outside, they do have nets over all the sliding doors which is nice.

Great last minute booking when we were layovered in FCO. Super close to the beach and walkable distance to plenty of restaurants. Very friendly and helpful host. Roomy and clean room. Most comfortable bed we’ve had on our whole trip.
