The staff are lovely and check in is quick and efficient. We have stayed 3 times as a family for our yearly conventions and always book a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Kitchenette with dishwasher and basic utensils/tools for cooking. Full size fridge. Full size shampoo/conditioner & bodywash in showers. Beds are big and comfy. Secure basement parking is an additional cost but not expensive. If you need additional towels, dishwashing powder ect.. the staff there are happy to oblige at no extra cost. Great location with shopping centre next door and many restaurants all walking distance.

Welcomed at reception was pleasant and friendly. Was offered parking at a reasonable price.
When I asked for refreshments I was gifted them by my host.
Very comfortable bed and shower was my very refreshing with good pressure and easy to adjust.
I didn't use the provided spa bath.
Good size tv and comfortable furniture.
Overall a pleasant stay.
Will return if needed to be in the area again.
