3 day stay. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was exceptional. Rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Had issues with room keys the last day of our stay that got a bit frustrating (different front desk staff??). Every time we left the room the key didn't work when we returned. Breakfast was good for a quick start to the day. I would definitely stay there again.

This is one of the Better Comfort Suites I have stayed at. I choose Comfort a lot to stay in when I’m out of town due to the quality and the cleanliness. This one was very beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful and sweet. We would definitely recommend staying at this one in Bay City again and again.

Amazing selection for breakfast & it changed each day! Extremely friendly staff. No matter where I saw a staff member they asked how I was and if I needed anything. Super excited to find out the pool was still open even though it was after Labor Day! Beautiful waterfall into the pool!
