Room was clean, staff was nice. Excellent location and beautiful rooftop patio. Made our stay very pleasant.

Very nice room, we had a nice view on the Mediteranean Sea from our balcony even without a "Sea-View" room. Very quiet Hotel.

Hotel is in great location. Great ocean view in balcony room. One street over is a no car, walking street( La Rambla) similar to Barcelonas La Rambla. Room comfortable.
However, very upset hotel policy is they charge 5 Euros to get ice. I've never stayed at any hotel where they charge for ice. The staff are forced to tell us the customer and gear our upset as they too agree it is ridiculous. Hotel management needs to fix this. It feels like a money grab and for this. I don't recommend this hotel chain unless they fix this.

Nice hotel in a great location.
Tarragona is a very historic city with some fabulous restaurants.
