Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. We struggled with the hot water in the shower, it took about 20mins to warm up so ended up with a few cold showers. The walls between the rooms are quite thin so it's important to be respectful and relatively quiet for your neighbours. Other than that a very pleasant stay

To me they should be rated 5 stars out of 5. The staff and hotel was excellent. The area was very close to the metro, busses, and sight seeing areas.
