Just an overnight stay when travelling. Everything was very good including the evening meal. Would stay there again

The Owners and staff were lovely, Lynn was so helpful and went out of her way.
Lynn, Ruby and the handsome Joe was a delight to talk to. Very welcoming and up for a chat, great company when feeling lonely or just want to socialize.
The bedroom felt relaxing and the curtians were great at keeping out the cold.
Breakfast was delicious and filling.
The place is within a walking distance from the train station about a minute at most.
Food is not allowed in the bedrooms just as a heads up and wifi around hook in general is a bit poor. Please don't let that spoil ruin or put you off the experience.
This is a traditional inn with a whole lot of character.
I hope to stay again soon.
