Mash Café & Bed NAGANO - Hostel

I love the early check in, lovely, friendly and always smiling staff. I think it makes a traveller feel safe. Some improvements can be having either a netted curtain in the bed boxes or some air inlet space in the current bed curtains to get air from ac into the bed camber. This will ensure good temperature, privacy and avoid claustrophobia. Also, providing ear plugs for noise cancelling would be a cheap but good addition for the experience of guests. But overall , love their vibe, hospitality and their different work, cafe and sleep spaces were perfect for solo travelers.

A+++++

Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly.

You have to try their savery salad and the authentic pizza. Just a dilicious meal. The staff was always very kind with me. All great!
