Nice stay, in a very small but warm and cozy room. Looking out the window at the snow was cool.
Very close to the village and lakefront.
I wouldn't rate it as a 5-star hotel though. No room service available (which meant a trek through snow to the reception to get a flat white in the morning). And we had to take our own bags to our rooms.
The staff at reception were really friendly.
Room was pretty nice and had everything I needed, although the shower had some mould in the grouting. Bathroom could be cleaned a little better. I liked the shower gel and shampoo/conditioner.
I would stay here again.

Kate was very nice and helpful. We upgraded at the hotel to 2 bedrooms suite upon our check in due to additional number of guests. The price was reasonable and check in went smoothly. Great location with beautiful view.

Excellent spot for staying near Lake Tekapo, close to amenities and tours. Very warm, pleasant room in October
