The hotel is well located. The room I had was simple but comfy for one person. Bathroom was ok. Amenities were good and located in the lobby (I noticed this in other hotels, too). They had a laundry room which was very convenient. Breakfast was fine, but only one option that they bring to you (rice with fish). Not sure if it’s different every day as I stayed only one night. I’d appreciate if they had more options in case of a longer stay. For a short vacation, weekend, or work trips is just perfect.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Great location, friendly staff, great free snacks and beer for customers
Room was pretty good size for a Japanese hotel.
A tad bit noisy outside but it was to be expected since I was in one of the more busier parts of Kobe
