Overall very nice. Staff was extremely helpful. Left Lisbon for a few days and they let me keep my suitcase there until I returned (since I had a reservation there when I got back). One person walked me to the nearest mailbox to drop off a postcard. Very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that the AC was not good, I set it down to quite low but I honestly didn't feel much of a difference from the outside temperature and it made it somewhat difficult to sleep. Also it was a bit pricey, but I suppose it's fair given the quality and location.
Overall very good.
